However, it cannot be guaranteed and customers are free to use the advice as per their own discretion.

• Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your consultation before an astrologer is connected with you. If a technical issue on our end significantly disrupts your consultation (e.g., audio/video failure for a majority of the session), you will be eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refunds: If you participate in your consultation and are unsatisfied with the experience, you may be eligible for a 50% refund within 7 days of your appointment. To be considered, please contact us with a brief explanation of why you were unsatisfied.

• Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not available for consultations that take place without technical issues. Refunds are not available for any bonus materials included with your consultation, such as written reports or recordings, once they have been delivered.

• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us using our ‘Contact us’ page, with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name & Mobile used for consultation] – [Consultation Date]”.

• Important Note: The currency for the purposes of this website is called “Jotish Coins”. These are credits that a customer purchases to pay for the services offered by this website. Please note that these are not to be compared with the real currency nor are they transferrable as currency.

• Under no circumstances, the company will be liable to refund an amount more than what was paid by the customer for the transaction for which the refund has been requested.

• This refund policy is subject to change. We will update this policy on the webpage and notify you by email if any significant changes occur.

11. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS This Website may provide offers from time to time in the form of promotional credits or otherwise. The validity of those promotional credits may be changed without any prior intimation to the users.
